T1U is an AI-powered business operating system (NeoMind™, CRM+, Finance+, HR+, and more). Use this page to request deletion of your T1U user account. There is currently no in-app “Delete account” button; deletion is handled by support as described below.

How to request deletion

Email support@t1u.ai from the email address linked to your T1U account.
Subject line: T1U account deletion request
Include your full name, company / workspace name, and confirm that you want your user account deleted.
We will verify ownership of the account and process the request. You may also copy privacy@t1u.ai for privacy-related follow-up.

What is deleted

Your user account and login credentials
Personal profile data associated with your user
Your access to the organization’s T1U workspace

What may be retained (and for how long)

Organization-owned business records (CRM, invoices, projects, etc.) remain with the company workspace unless a company administrator also requests company-level deletion.
Billing / legal records may be retained as required by law (typically up to 7 years where applicable).
Backups are purged on the normal backup rotation cycle (typically within 30–90 days).

Processing time

After we verify your request, we aim to complete account deletion within 30 days (sooner when possible). You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
