T1U

Stop paying for a stack.

CRM, projects, accounting, spreadsheets — a fragmented, disparate mess that never talks to itself. Your team is the glue. It’s exhausting. One price replaces that chaos.

What your stack really costs

Pick the tools you pay for today. We show the software bill, the hours lost copying between them, and what one T1U plan costs instead.

From the enquiry to the paid invoice

One record carries the customer from the website to the money in. That is what Site starts, and what Team, Company, and Organisation finish. No HubSpot-to-Asana-to-QuickBooks chain.

  1. 1

    A lead arrives

Someone fills the form or asks the chat. That person is already a lead in the CRM. Nobody copies them into HubSpot or a spreadsheet.

  2. 2

    They book a visit

They pick a time on your calendar. Days you close stay closed. The booking sits on the same record as the lead.

  3. 3

    You win the work

A signed proposal closes the deal. Team, Company, and Organisation open the project and a draft invoice from that win. No second tool, no retyping.

  4. 4

    Time becomes the bill

Approved billable time lands on a draft invoice. The hours do not wait in Asana or a timesheet app for someone to paste them later.

  5. 5

    They pay

You send a Stripe pay link. When they pay, the invoice is marked paid. Your bank and your accountant stay where they are.

  6. 6

    You see what is late

NeoMind AI answers what is unbilled and which invoices are late. That view is the same product, not another dashboard you pay for.

Questions

Plans, billing, banks, and the tools you already pay for.

Which plan do we need?

Start with Site if you only need the website kit: form, Book a visit, calendar, chat, and CRM. Choose Team for up to 10 people, Company for 11–25, or Organisation for 26–50. Team, Company, and Organisation are the same full product. The price follows how many people deliver the work.

Frequently asked questions

Why does monthly billing cost more?

It is the same plan. Paying each month is twelve invoices and costs 20% more across the year than paying once. Pay the year if you want the lower total.

Do we have to change our bank or accountant?

No. T1U runs the enquiry, the job, and the invoice. Stripe collects the payment. Your bank and your accountant stay where they are.

Can we keep HubSpot, Salesforce, or QuickBooks?

Yes, at first. Most firms stop paying for the tools T1U already covers once the loop is live. The comparison above shows the software, time, and copying you leave behind when you do.

When is Site no longer enough?

The week you send an invoice or open a project from a booking. That move is Team, Company, or Organisation, priced by how many people deliver the work.

Do Team, Company, and Organisation include every module?

Yes. All twelve modules and NeoMind AI are included. Headcount is the only difference between those three plans.

What if we have more than 50 people?

Talk to us. The public cards stop at Organisation.

Is the chat on our website a real person?

No. The widget says the replies are AI. Leads and bookings still land in your CRM for your team to take from there.

We build websites for clients. How are we priced?

Install the Site kit on client sites. Your own T1U year is included once three client sites are live, or once a client buys Team or above.
