International users and mandatory local laws — T1U is offered worldwide. If you are a consumer or business subject to the mandatory laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Australia, Japan, South Korea, or another country, nothing in these Terms (including choice of law or arbitration) limits any non-waivable rights or remedies those laws provide. Some jurisdictions allow you to bring disputes in local courts or before public authorities despite an arbitration clause. Where such rules apply to you, they take precedence to the minimum extent required.

15. Security and Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: TLS 1.3 + AES-256
  • Compliance: SOC 2 / ISO 27001
  • Monitoring: 24/7 security

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

16. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, applications, and websites. We are not responsible for:

  • Content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services
  • Availability, performance, or functionality of third-party integrations
  • Data shared with third parties per your authorization
  • Damages arising from third-party service use

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them carefully before connecting.

Google APIs and OAuth — If you use Google Sign-In or connect Google Workspace services (such as Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar), you agree that T1U will access Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy (Google & OAuth section) and only for the features you enable. T1U's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account and T1U integration settings.

17. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Services (or any features) at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Provide migration paths for deprecated features
  • Maintain backward compatibility when feasible

We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

The Services and underlying technology may be subject to U.S. export control laws and trade sanctions. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You represent that you are not:

  • Located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting"
  • Listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
  • Using the Services for prohibited end uses (weapons, nuclear activities)

  • Internet or telecommunications failures

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

We may freely assign these Terms or our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

21. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Statement, and any other legal notices or agreements published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and T1U Inc. concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

23. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

  • Changes will be posted on this page with updated "Last Updated" date
  • Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance
  • In-app notification for significant changes
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • You may terminate if you disagree with changes

24. API Access, Keys, and Automation

Where we make application programming interfaces ("APIs"), webhooks, or CLI tooling available, your use is subject to these Terms, any published rate limits, and technical documentation we provide. API keys and tokens are confidential credentials; you must not share them outside your organization except to subprocessors bound by appropriate obligations.

  • You are responsible for all traffic authenticated with your keys, including actions taken by scripts or no-code tools you configure.
  • You may not probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities except through an authorized bug bounty or written permission.
  • We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access that risks stability, security, or fair use across customers.

25. AI-Assisted Features and Outputs

Certain features—including NeoMind AI, automations, summarization, classification, or generation—may use machine learning models. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or not suitable for regulated decisions. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, complying with law, and obtaining any consents required for processing personal data you submit to those features.

Do not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, or safety-critical decisions without human review. You must not use the Services to build models that compete with T1U using data obtained through the Services except as expressly permitted in writing.

26. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information about the other ("Confidential Information"). The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect Confidential Information and use it only to perform under these Terms. Confidential Information excludes information that is public without breach, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without duty.

We may reference you as a customer in generic marketing (e.g., logo on a customer page) only with your prior consent or as separately agreed in an order form.

27. Beta, Preview, and Sandbox Environments

We may offer preview, beta, demo, or sandbox workspaces with sample data or relaxed controls. Such environments are provided "as is," may be reset or discontinued at any time, and may not meet production security or availability commitments. You must not upload regulated, highly sensitive, or production-critical data to non-production environments unless we expressly agree in writing.

28. Data Processing and Security Addenda

Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, our data processing agreement ("DPA"), security exhibit, and subprocessors list (collectively, the "Data Protection Terms") apply when referenced in an order form or made available in-product. In case of conflict between these Terms and signed enterprise agreements, the signed agreement controls for that customer.

29. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Services, you grant T1U a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation, except where prohibited by law. We appreciate attribution but are not required to implement any suggestion.
